One thing we all know is that language is a means used to communicate with one another. Think about it. You know English. But I do not know Hindi at all. But your friend knows Hindi very well. But I do not know English at all. How you communicate with each other. Either you have to learn that language. Or it may be necessary to have a mediator between you who knows how to handle both languages well. The same thing happens with computers. It will never understand your language. In such a case, a computer language is a general term for a language developed to communicate with a computer. Different types of computer languages exist today. Some of these are Java, HTML, C + and Python. The computer is just a tool. Therefore, it can never understand our language. Usually an electronic device only has the ability to understand two states, on and off. Where ON stands for 1 and Off stands for 0. Therefore, zero and one are considered as binary numbers in any computer language.
